A booking will be confirmed only after receiving an advance payment of 30% of the total tour cost. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the tour start date. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments can be made through: Bank Transfer UPI Credit/Debit Card International Transfer (for overseas guests) (Overseas Tax Applicable) All bank or transaction charges, if any, must be borne by the guest.

More than 45 days before tour: 90% refund of advance amount.
30–45 days before tour: 50% refund of total amount paid.
15–29 days before tour: 25% refund of total amount paid.
Less than 15 days before tour / No Show: No refund.
The Andaman Islands are dependent on weather and inter-island transport schedules. Andaman Bird Tour will assist guests in rearranging logistics wherever possible. Additional costs arising due to delays, cancellations, or rescheduling by airlines/ferries shall be borne by the guest. Refunds for unused services will depend on third-party vendor policies.
Andaman Bird Tour acts only as a tour organizer and shall not be held responsible for: Flight/ferry delays Weather disruptions Natural calamities Personal injury, illness, theft, or loss of belongings Guests are strongly advised to carry valid travel insurance.
For tours involving: Little Andaman Narcondam Island Great Nicobar additional permits, weather conditions, and transport uncertainties may affect itineraries. Flexibility from participants is appreciated.
