Any damage caused to property, vehicles, accommodation, or equipment by a participant shall be borne by the participant.
Guests are responsible for carrying valid identity proof, permits, personal medicines, and suitable field gear during the tour.
The company shall not be responsible for loss of luggage, camera equipment, valuables, personal injury, illness, accidents, or delays caused by third-party operators.
Certain remote island tours may involve basic infrastructure, limited medical facilities, irregular connectivity, and unpredictable travel conditions. Participants are advised to travel with flexibility and preparedness.
By confirming the booking, the participant acknowledges that they understand the nature of wildlife travel and agree to abide by the policies, safety instructions, and ethical birding guidelines of Andaman Bird Tour.
